Emotions are central to how we make sense of ourselves and our relationships. In Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we work with emotions and relationship patterns to support the development of safe, loving, and connected relationships.
There are many kinds of EFT. There's EFT for: Relationships (EFCT), Individuals (EFIT), and Families (EFFT). I work with EFCT and EFIT.
In relationship work, we focus on repairing strained relationships and deepening emotional bonds, offering a roadmap toward more connecting, secure, and responsive interactions.
In individual work, we deal with personal issues like depression, anxiety, and the effects of trauma by addressing emotional injuries, attachment issues, helping you to find a secure base inside yourself.
EFT is supported by over 30 years of clinical research. It is widely recognized as one of the most empirically validated approaches to relationship therapy—and its methods are consistently associated with lasting results.
